Precautions for brown aluminum oxide which used for blasting PCB
1.Cleanliness
The brown aluminum oxide which is used for blasting PCB must be acid and water washed.
2.Control of Fe2O3 %
The brown aluminum oxide must be acid-wased and magnetic separation many times.
Besides,for some high demand of blasting media,sometimes white aluminum oxide will be used in sandblasting PCB too.
