Chemical composition of brown fused alumina

Brown Fused Alumina is made from Calcined Bauxite. It is a hard and tough material.

Main chemical composition of brown fused alumina is aluminum oxide (Al2O3),which is about 95%,others is as follows:

TiO₂                               1.7-3.4%

Fe₂O₃                              ≤0.30%

SiO₂                                ≤1.00%           

CaO                                ≤0.42%
